As you probably know, Slovenia was a part of Yugoslavia. I live in Croatia, Slovenia is our neighbour, but i don't have many postcards from there. Only four :( This one i've got from Tina (EX YU RR).

Piran, Slovenia (from solecito)

Piran (Italian: Pirano) is a town and municipality in southwestern Slovenia on the Gulf of Piran (Bay of Savudrija) on the Adriatic Sea. The origin of the name is uncertain, with some scholars favouring derivation from the Celtic "bior-dun" (settlement on the hill), while others prefer the Greek word "pyr" (fire), a reference to the lighthouse on the tip of the peninsular.
